Rabbit’s Sales Policy:
All transactions are conducted in accordance with Fluffin Clucker Farms Sales Policy, irrespective of whether the buyer has reviewed it. By inquiring about or purchasing a rabbit from Fluffin Clucker Farms, you are agreeing to adhere to this Sales Policy in its entirety.
This Sales Policy may be amended at any time without prior notification.
Brood and pet quality rabbits are available on a limited basis and will be listed on my website when they are available.
If the buyer is unable to provide care for the rabbit at any stage of its life, we will gladly accept the rabbit back and ensure it is placed in a new home. Any food or supplies accompanying the rabbit will be accepted; however, reimbursement to the previous owner will not be provided.
I do not maintain a waiting list and, regrettably, will not typically be able to inform individuals about available rabbits. If you are interested in acquiring a rabbit, please feel free to check back periodically for updates.
In the interest of ensuring the health and safety of my rabbits, I reserve the right to refuse the sale of any rabbit to any individual for any reason at any time.
CARE:
Rabbits must be provided with suitable housing, nutrition, medical care, and humane treatment throughout their lives.
Rabbits should never be abandoned, discarded, or given up to a shelter or rescue organization. We are committed to accepting any Holland Lop that we have sold back into our care.
Pet rabbits should not be kept outdoors or left outside without supervision.
We recommend that our rabbits be placed in homes without small children. However, if young children are present, their interactions with the rabbit must be supervised. Additionally, the rabbit should be housed in a child-proof area to ensure that small children cannot access them.
PRICES & PAYMENT

Currently, I accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal as payment methods.
To secure a rabbit for you, a deposit of 50% is necessary. We will arrange a suitable date and time for pick-up that accommodates your schedule. The deposit may be submitted via cash, PayPal, or Venmo. Please note that if the 50% deposit is not received, the rabbit will remain available for others. If a down payment of 50% is made and the family subsequently decides to withdraw, the 50% down payment will not be refunded.
TRANSPORTATION:
We do not work with transport!
Buyers are responsible to collect their animals in person at our designated meeting location in Mount Calvary.
With adequate notice, I can generally provide complimentary transport to local events that I am attending. Should the buyer fail to collect the rabbit at the prearranged time without what I deem to be sufficient notice, both the payment and the rabbit(s) will be forfeited..
QUALITY:
Animals of brood or show quality must retain their complete pedigree names as assigned by their original breeder. The buyer acknowledges that this name is immutable and that the names or details of any animals within the pedigree cannot be modified in any manner.
Rabbits are sold in their current condition. It is the buyer's obligation to thoroughly inspect the rabbit prior to purchase. It is advisable to conduct your own assessment rather than solely relying on my evaluation, as I may overlook certain aspects, and I wish to ensure you are satisfied with your choice.
I will always communicate any known disqualifications regarding brood quality animals prior to the sale.
Pet quality rabbits are not suitable for showing or breeding purposes; however, they can make excellent companions! I do not provide pedigrees for pet quality rabbits. The sale of pet quality rabbits is conducted with the firm understanding that they are not to be used for breeding under any circumstances, a policy I uphold with utmost seriousness.
GUARANTEES:
All rabbits are assured to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
I cannot assure health status, show placements, weight, fertility, production capabilities, or temperament.
I guarantee the sex of all rabbits; however, I kindly request that you verify the sex of the rabbit upon pick-up. Should there be an error on my part, I would appreciate your communication so we can reach a resolution.
Once the rabbit leaves my care, I regret to inform you that I cannot provide any health guarantees. This is due to the inherent unpredictability of rabbits. I am not liable for the care decisions made by the new owner or any errors in the handling and health management of the animal. Nevertheless, I encourage the owner to contact me promptly to discuss any concerns that may arise.
I am not accountable for any veterinary expenses incurred throughout the animal's life.
INCLUDED WITH THE RABBIT:
All rabbits are provided with transition feed and come with complimentary lifetime support. I encourage buyers to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns regarding their rabbit at any time during the animal's life. Some rabbits will come with a pedigree and some will not.
